Church Uses Twenty One Pilots Songs In Their Sermons

To some people, they would say that music is a religion to them and for one church in Texas, they are using a certain band to preach the word.

A Christian church in Texas has started preaching through the music of Twenty One Pilots! WoodsEdge Community Church have found ways to tie the bands songs into gospel.

Pastor Justin Ulmer has a specific sermon that examines the lyrics of Twenty One Pilots songs.

“What sets Josh & Tyler apart from other bands is that they meet their audience where they are, as they are, and they let them know: ‘We get you. We care about you,’” the church’s website says. “And once their audience feels loved by them, they can slowly challenge them to consider a new way of thinking, a new way of feeling, and a new way of living.”
