Police in Washington, D.C. are asking for the public's help in catching a vandal, but it's unlikely anyone will turn him in -- because he did what many would consider a public service.
Police have released surveillance footage which shows a man get out of an SUV and then tackle a speed camera installed in the median of the road. He then proceeds to kick the camera until it breaks off, and tosses it across the street before getting back into the vehicle and driving away.
Police say 11 other speed cameras were damaged that same night. The public is being asked to help in identifying the angry man. (The Drive)
