posted by Temple -

The Nashville Humane Association is taking in about 50 dogs from a puppy mill bust in Rhea County.

Over 100  animals were seized Tuesday from horrible conditions.  The Nashville Shelter is asking for help with fosters and monetary donations.  If you would like to foster one of these pups, go to foster@nashvillehumane.org

******CALL TO ACTION****** @nashvillehumane received an urgent call tonight from @humanesociety to assist in helping with 100+ Yorkies, Chihuahuas and other designer breed small dogs from a puppy mill investigation. These animals were housed in deplorable conditions and need medical treatment. We are currently en route to assist these babies but we need YOUR help. We anticipate taking 50 dogs into our program tonight and are in need of foster homes and monetary donations. If you can provide a loving temporary home to help these dogs on their path to a new life, please consider being a Nashville Humane Association foster family and email Erica at foster@nashvillehumane.org. If you are unable to foster, please consider donating to help support this lifesaving mission at nashvillehumane.org. We will keep you updated on these sweet babes as they start their road to recovery. We can’t do it without your help, Nashville, and we are so fortunate to be located in this animal loving community!!
