A new crop of football greats are now eligible for the sports' highest honor.

On Tuesday, the Pro Football Hall of Fame revealed its full list of 129 modern-era nominees - including nine first-timers joining the list this year.

First-time nominees include Browns OT Joe Thomas, Jets CB Darrelle Revis, Colts DE Dwight Freeney, Saints G Jahri Evans, and Steelers LB James Harrison.

RB Chris Johnson, LB NaVorro Bowman, and P Shane Lechler round out the list.

The 129 modern-day nominees will be whittled down to just five inductees who will join the Hall of Fame Class of 2023. Those names will be announced during Super Bowl week.

Do any of the names on that list deserve to be first-ballot Hall of Famers?
