Chick-Fil-A is being sued over delivery price hikes.
Two people from New York claim that in 2020 the restaurant raised its menu prices despite saying that the delivery fee was a flat rate.
The lawsuit claims that the practice is "deceitful and untruthful." More of the lawsuit claims that the higher menu price is just a tactic to mask the higher delivery fee.
The plaintiffs are seeking to order Chick-Fil-A to quit the practice and of course, cash.
Do you think these plaintiffs are on to something? How much food do you have delivered to your home?
