Nashville Real Estate is Crazy And Here's the Proof

We all know that Nashville real estate prices are out of control. The city is basically unaffordable for a single income household, and suburban house prices have nearly doubled in the last two years. But if you need proof that Nashville is out of control, take a look at the listing that's going viral on Reddit today.

That is not an apartment. That is a shed with French doors. It's 300 square feet, which is smaller than our studio. And it's $1,000 a month. There are people out there with dog houses larger than 300 square feet.

And this place is nearly unaffordable on minimum wage.

Can you imagine dropping that kind of coin for a shed?

Oh, and if you think that's crazy, how about this listing for a 630 square foot house that leases for significantly more than the 2500 square foot house I bought in 2019.

Ya'll, Nashville is wild.
