Celebrities At The 67th NBA All-Star Game: Team LeBron Vs. Team Stephen

The apple clearly doesn't fall to far from the tree.

Blue Ivy is following right behind her superstar parents as the 8-year old has just won her first major award and her family couldn't be more proud.

On Friday (Feb 21.), during the 51st NAACP Image Awards, it was announced that Beyonce and Jay-Z's little Blue would be honored for her first award in the outstanding duo category for her collaboration with Beyonce, SAINt JHN and WizKiD off the The Lion King: The Gift. 2019 album.

Blue Ivy's grandmother, Tina Lawson, wasted no time in celebrating her grand daughter's achievement on Instagram. "Grandma is soo proud of you," she wrote with a photo of Blue Ivy. "You are giving all the beautiful little brown girls a voice."

We know this is only the first of many awards Blue will receive in her lifetime. Congrats Blue Ivy!
