It’s National Pizza Day today! Pizza is so popular among Americans that the Agriculture Department estimates about 1 in 8 Americans eats pizza on any given day. And the average American eats pizza three times a month, according to Pizza Hut's 2024 Pizza Trends Report. So National Pizza Day is just another perfect excuse to head to your favorite pizzeria and enjoy a meal.
Now since I'm all over the country, there are some places here you may not recognize but others will .
Some special deals of the day:
· Domino's is offering a "Perfect Combo Deal" that features two medium one-topping pizzas, an order of 16 Parmesan Bread Bites, eight Cinnamon Bread Twists and a 2-liter Coke. All of this costs just $19.89 and will make for an ideal Super Bowl party kit, as Domino's will keep offering it until Super Bowl Sunday.
· Papa John’s is also offering a special Pizza Day meal, but it's available only to Papa Rewards members. Members can win a Vegas Style Pizza, which will earn a lucky customer $58,000 "stuffed" in the pizza. Papa John's fans can earn extra entries by buying additional Epic Stuffed Crust pizzas, meaning a top fan will likely win.
· Pizza Hut is offering a "Pizza Hut's Deal Lover's Menu." Specifically, diners can score two or more dishes for $7. Options include medium one-topping pizzas, melts, wings, pastas,
sides and some new specialty snacks, like the Roasted Garlic Cheese Sticks, Bacon Cheddar Cheese Sticks and Chocolate Donut Bites.
· Cici's Pizza will also excite deal lovers as the chain is offering a 28-inch Piezilla starting at $49.99. You can also score a Classic with two Giant 1-Topping Pizzas and either 20 cinnamon rolls or 16 pieces of Cheesy Bread for just $29.99.
· Dave & Buster's will offer a Food & Fun combo, for under $20, that serves you a personal pizza and game card to access bowling, laser tag, billiards and more.
· Little Caesars, which regularly offers some of the cheapest pizza around, is serving up a Slices-N-Stix Super Bowl deal. To win the deal for a free Slices-N-Stix, you need to create an account on the Little Caesars app.
· Marco's Pizza is another pizza chain joining in the celebration. It is offering a new Pizzoli house dough, stuffed with cheese mix and pepperoni or other fillings, for just $5.99 with the coupon code PIZZOLI. You can also take $3 off a specialty pizza by using the code SPECIAL3.
· Potbelly Sandwich Works will offer free delivery on orders of $20 or more via its website or app. Luckily, pizza lovers can choose the fan favorite Pizza Melt sandwich, which comes with pepperoni, capicola, crumbled meatballs, marinara sauce, provolone, Italian seasoning and mushrooms.
· Toppers pizza fans can score a free medium pizza if they spend $10 in the Toppers app beginning Friday through February 14.
· California Pizza Kitchen – now through Feb. 11, get cash back through Ibotta when you buy two California Pizza Kitchen frozen pizzas. Shoppers can get $7.99 back with the purchase of two multi-serve frozen pizzas and $4.99 back when they purchase two single-serve frozen pizzas.
