Before someone says, "This isn't near Nashville" let me say being raised in the South, everything is near Nashville to me if it's not over 3 hours away! Now that we've got that out of the way, let me tell you about the Hales Bar Marina and Resort that's outside of Chattanooga.
The drive here might be a bit long, but it's totally worth it once you get there!
The resort is about an hour and forty-five minutes right outside of Nashville. This place offers so many experiences of Tennessee that it'll make memories that'll last a lifetime. One cool thing they have are floating cabins that or on Nickajack Lake.
The cabins are one, two, and three bedroom cabins and each cabin is fully furnished and feature all of the amenities you need, including stand up showers, full bathrooms, a stove, and a small refrigerator. You can find out more about the cabins HERE!
