Cigarette Sales Could Be Banned If New Bill Is Passed

Now before anyone panics, this bill is in Hawaii!!

The state of Hawaii could ban cigarette sales if a current bill is passed. According to the bill, legislation would gradually raise the age that someone can buy cigarettes. The minimum age would go to 30 years old in 2020, 40 in 2021, 50 in 2022, 60 in 2023 and 100 years old in 2024.

Good news though, this new law would not apply to e-cigs, chewing tobacco or cigars.

Hawaii's current law bans sales of cigarettes to anyone under the age of 21. What do you think about this?
