We've gotten reports that the queen of soul Aretha Franklin has passed away at the age of 76.
According to sources, Aretha passed away in her Detroit home where she had been under hospice care. She was surrounded by friends and family when she passed. No cause of death has been immediately released, nor funeral arrangements.
Franklin was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2010 and had various health issues over the last 8 years.
