Leslie Jones is bringing her brand of wit to the 2018 Winter Olympics. While we were originally told she’d be traveling to South Korea, it appears she’s just live-tweeting events from her TV in New York City. At least for now.
Either way, the “Saturday Night Live” comedienne has now discovered luge. For the record, the competition involves athletes lying back in toboggans and hurling themselves down slick, ice-covered tracks at speeds of 80-miles an hour without brakes. They’re required to stop with their feet. Leslie is a little frightened. “I’m not trying to be a professional or anything, but this [ish] does not look safe," she writes. "There’s no padding. This [dude] is literally on one of those things that you carry the refrigerator on … Dude, if you hit a pebble, you are [screwed]!"
