Kevin Costner - as John Dutton in "Yellowstone" - is one of the highest paid actors in television. The hit series - which Costner also executive produces - is midway through Season 5, and has never been more popular. Reports are that Costner makes $1.3M per episode, between acting and producing - so why would he be considering walking away?
There are insider claims that the actor is being asked - seriously asked - to put family first by his wife Christine Baumgartner, who believes her husband's commitment to the series is drastically cutting into family time.
So is the star of arguably the most popular television show of the last five years going to hang up his cowboy hat and spurs? Those same insiders claim asking may turn into an ultimatum, so we'll see.
