"Check Your Panties:" Missing Letter In Teleprompter Leads To Hilarious Blooper (VIDEO)

Eric Philips, an anchor from NBC12 in Richmond, Virginia, has the best news blooper of 2016. While reporting on a recall of rice cookers, a missing letter in the teleprompter caused him to say "check your panties" instead of 'check your pantries'.

After he realized his mistake, he couldn't stop laughing and his co-anchor Karla Redditte said she tried to warn him but it was too late.  She then posted a copy of the teleprompter script to her Twitter account.

He attempted to continue to segment, but could not contain his laughter. As the segment ended Meteorologist Andrew Freiden ran behind the desk and told Eric to "go ahead and say hello to the internet."
