This driver's excuse for driving 145mph was listening to Motley Crue's 'Kickstart My Heart'. Oddly enough the police officer understood since he was listening to the same song on the radio, except driving at a safe speed.
Even though both the driver and officer agreed that it is an awesome song, it still wasn't a good enough excuse to get out of a $639 fine. OUCH!
