Members of Queen and the Foo Fighters Collaboration

In 2001, Dave Grohl and Taylor Hawkins of Foo Fighters inducted Queen into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. As it turns out, there's another connection between the bands. Brian May and Roger Taylor of Queen and the two Foos recorded "Holy Man," a 1974 song by the late Dennis Wilson. The track remains unreleased due to a legal dispute.

The Sun quotes a source who says, "The song is in a vault and nobody can do anything about it. It’s such a shame as there will clearly be a huge demand for it.”

Meanwhile, Stephen Kalinich, who co-wrote the song with Wilson, describes the six-minute track as a masterpiece, but adds that they've "never been able to release it because we can’t get the legalities worked out. Such a shame. People hear it and, honest to God, it brings tears to their eyes.”
