Cuonzo Martin, a man who has only made the NCAA Tournament twice in 9 seasons as a head coach, has agreed in principle on a 7-year, $21 million contract to be the next head basketball coach at the University of Missouri.
Seriously.
Martin has perfected the art of failing upward. In many ways, he's the Lane Kiffin of college basketball.
(And no, that's not a good thing.)
