Listen to Led Zeppelin on iHeartRadio

Robert Plant has a new musical home.  The Led Zeppelin frontman has inked a deal with Nonesuch Records.

The rocker says he's pleased with the label.  He explains that he's happy he's found "such a reputable home" for his "renegade departures."  Plant adds that the support and encouragement he's received from label execs has been "strong and refreshing."

Robert's first release with the label will be an album with the Sensational Space Shifters.  Details on the project are expected to be unveiled soon, along with new tour dates.

Plant and the Sensational Space Shifters have concerts scheduled this summer throughout Europe.  The band will also appear at the Summer Sonic Festival in Japan in August.  They'll launch their road work at a festival in Morocco on June 5th.
